Thank you for shopping with FEHology Store! We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
1. Printful Fulfillment & Returns
All of our products are fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service. This means returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to their policies.
Important: Contact Us First
If you need to request a return, you must contact us at fehology@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
• The return address is included on the shipping label, but returns should not be sent without prior approval.
• Returns that do not meet Printful’s policy guidelines may not be accepted.
2. 14-Day Window for Refund & Return Requests
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to submit a refund or return request. This allows us enough time to communicate with Printful regarding your request.
• After the 14-day period, we may not be able to process your return or refund.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email fehology@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with:
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos of the product and any defects.
• Your order number.
Once we verify the issue, we will work with Printful to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Returns & Refunds Policy
Printful does not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrectly ordered sizes. Please double-check sizing charts before purchasing.
However, if you have any concerns, reach out to fehology@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is:
• In the same condition as received.
• Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To request a return under this policy, contact fehology@gmail.com before shipping anything back.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible because orders enter the fulfillment process quickly.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it:
• Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.
• Contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
