1. Print-On-Demand & Order Processing

At FEHology, we use a print-on-demand model, meaning each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. This allows us to reduce overproduction and waste. Because of this, our fulfillment time is 5-7 business days before your order is shipped.

Please note: Orders are not fulfilled over the weekend.

2. Shipping Locations & Rates

• We ship worldwide using Printful’s shipping partners.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

• We do not offer free shipping at this time.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Domestic & International Orders: Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after processing.

• Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• You can track your package on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

• Customers are responsible for all customs and import taxes that may apply.

• We are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after they have been shipped. Please contact the carrier for further assistance.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, we offer replacements at no cost. Photo proof is required to process a claim.

7. Incorrect or Unclaimed Packages

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or goes unclaimed, we will charge the customer for reshipping the item.
